Working from home - what have you learnt?

Sending a big hello to all of our Australia and New Zealand based customers. Wondering if anyone is willing to share something new they have learnt during this year's work-from-home situation? I personally used to be extremely uncomfortable turning on my video during video calls. Now that has completely changed as I've realised the importance of visual communication and my personal need to engage with people face to face.

Good morning,  as we are in Lockdown 2.0 here in NSW,  I have learnt that to pivot and adapt is key to keeping everything on track,  to support other team members and how team building it is to reach out to people and offer assistance,  just as I would have in the office.  I have also learnt, that on zoom calls/net calls, I am the person who waves hello and good bye!  I don't do this in person, but in zoom calls I am the person who waves.  Have a great day
