Batch Unavailable Message

I have been receiving a message on the Payment Manager screen saying   "The most recently approved reports may not be available in Payment Manager at this time. Please try again later."  I have used Concur for many years and have never had this happen and I can't seen to close or reschedule this batch.  Any help out there?
