Uber e-receipt not showing

I stopped receiving Uber receipts to my Concur account and each time I have to look for my email and attach. Can someone help me to connect my concur account to Uber business profile again? I tried it from Uber and I receive email too but it says "Error connecting to a SAP Concur partner application, An attempt to login or connect to a partner application was made using this email address. We could not authorize this request because of an error. This is most likely because this email address is found to be a duplicate in our system. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue."

It does seem that your Concur Administrator will have to get involved. In Concur Support, if you choose "Expense" as the Topic, there is a choice under Case Type for Integration - App Center Apps. I would start there and hopefully, Concur Support can help you resolve.
