SAP Cloud Identity Service into SAP Concur
To provide a seamless single-sign-on (SSO) experience across SAP systems and make it easier for you to manage users between SAP systems, SAP Cloud Identity Services, including Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning, are now available if your organization purchased one of the SAP cloud solutions that bundle Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning.
Both organizations that use their your own identity provider (third-party IdP) and organizations that don't have their own IdP can integrate with SAP Cloud Identity Services. You must create a case to set up Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning tenant provisioning for your SAP Concur entity even if you already have existing Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning tenants from other SAP solutions.

PRODUCT UPDATE SUMMARY
Request Assistant – Request Costs Estimates with Generative AI
To improve the user experience and simplify the user interface (UI), SAP Concur introduced *Request Assistant as an optional feature based on generative AI technology that provides travel cost estimates for easier review and comparison. When accepted, Request Assistant automatically creates requests with expected expenses based on the generated cost estimates.
Request Assistant is automatically available to you. To enable Request Assistant for a policy, the Request Cost Estimate Assistant checkbox must be enabled for a policy in Administration > Request > Request Policies.

ExpenseIt Hotel Itemization
To enhance the accuracy of itemization and saving valuable time for your users, ExpenseIt now utilizes generative AI to automatically itemize hotel folio expenses. In fact, ExpenseIt can process hotel itemizations in under 30 seconds.
Users can send their folios via email to receipts@concur.com or drag and drop the hotel folio into Available Expenses in Concur Expense on the web and ExpenseIt will then itemize, categorize, and create an expense entry.
This update was enabled automatically; no configuration or activation is required.

4) Concur TripLink

PRODUCT UPDATE SUMMARY
Concur TripLink Hub
To simplify activating and managing Concur TripLink connections, SAP Concur launched the Concur TripLink Hub. Concur TripLink adoption flows that exist elsewhere are now consolidated into one central location making it easier to enroll, improving awareness and education, and increasing adoption.
In the Concur TripLink Hub, your users can enable travel partner integrations, connect their frequent traveler accounts, and manage existing connections. They can also learn about the features and benefits of TripIt and activate their free TripIt Pro subscription by creating a new account or connecting to their existing account.
This feature is enabled by default. To navigate to the Concur TripLink Hub, users simply click TripLink in the navigation within your SAP Concur solution.

5) Concur Invoice
PRODUCT UPDATE SUMMARIES
Invoice Payment Manager Virtual Cards
To enhance flexibility and simplify vendor payments, *Virtual Cards for USD and CAD were released to customers with Invoice Payment Managers in the United States and Canada.
Invoice Payment Managers can now create Virtual Card Accounts to set up and manage virtual card batches and payments for selected vendors. Invoices with a virtual card payment method type can be created and approved in Concur Invoice the same way as invoices with other payment methods. Payments will be facilitated by a third-party company (payment provider) instead of SAP Concur.

Global Expansion of Invoice Payment Manager
To allow customers in EMEA and APAC regions to leverage the benefits offered by Invoice Payment Manager for payment processes, Invoice Payment Manager is now available in EMEA and APAC.
*Virtual Cards for USD and CAD will be expanded globally and made available in EMEA and APAC regions. ACH currencies of CAD, GBP, and EUR will be available in the United States, Canada, and globally.
