I am not sure what your question/ doubt is. Did you merely wish to share OR are looking for additional considerations?
If it is the later, I would also consider availability, ability to influence roadmaps, development speed, feasibility to opt-out of upgrades, data protection capabilities, data center location, chances that the company winds down anytime soon 🙂
