Request pre approval additions

I have a existing pre approval request and have added a field which was not in the original request; accommodation.

Will there be any issue if i add the accommodation portion if it in the request? i have email approval for this so do i just attach the email approval in as well? if not what or how should i approach this ?

Do i raise another request for this ?

Do i attach it to the existing request ?

the accommodation was added due to last min change in circumstances.

@WenQinDHL I would say that if your Request isn't approved yet and you are able to edit the Request, then you should add the Accommodation. I don't see why there would be an issue. The other thing to keep in mind is if your company requires the Request pre-approvals to be attached to expense reports, you might only be allowed to attach one Request per report.
