Not getting an email verification code

I have created my account but not getting an email verification code. Help!

Hi @Brichter83 ,

 

Can you please confirm whether:

  • You are trying to verify your email address added under profile settings >> Your Information >> Email Address
  • OR
  • Trying to login to Concur and not getting reset email? 

If trying to verify email address added under profile settings then ensure your email address is correct and not linked with any other concur account. If company email address is not working, then try adding some personal email address and verify whether you are getting verification code just to validate.
