@gmutisoagdevco when you are signed in, go to Administration>Expense Settings. From the Access to Concur area, click Edit in the User Accounts section. On the Users screen, click Add Users. Select From Spreadsheet. Follow the steps on the next screen. You will get a list of all users, but you should be able to see a Y or N for their active status. You can filter out all those with N if need be.
