For some reason the concur transactions aren’t pushing through to my concur app,
they are visible in the website but not on the app, how can I fix this, thank you.

@VLe I don't know if there is an actual specific thing you can do to troubleshoot this. I usually recommend doing one or all of the following:
1. Do a hard reboot of your phone.
2. Make sure the app is up to date.
3. Uninstall then reinstall the app.
Give those a try and see if it helps.
