2FA Passcode incorrect showing in DUO app

Hi all,


We finished the 2FA showed the passcode in DUO APP but always "incorrect entered" when trying to enter passcode in Concur even though refreshed the passcode still incorrect. Already tried reinstall and reactive both of these step.

How we can success to enter the pass code? Thanks!

@Quincy have you tried using a different authenticator app, like Microsoft of Google Authenticator?
