How to logon

On the event day, click here: Join Event to access the virtual event.



  • When sessions are about to begin, you’ll be asked to enter the email address you used to register for the event.
  • Google Chrome is the recommended browser for the best experience. Audio is streaming - there is no dial-in.


Build your Fusion agenda

Build your Fusion session agenda by saving the sessions you're most interested in to your calendar. Regional agenda links are listed below and you can save sessions to your calendar by clicking on the calendar icon.



Note: You will have access to all sessions once you join the event and you do not need to register for specific breakout sessions. The full agenda with session descriptions can be found here.

How to network and ask questions

  • Group Chat: you can chat live with peers in each session via the Group Chat widget.
  • Live Q&A chat: you can submit questions live via chat.
  • Ask the Experts: Ask the Experts sessions follow some breakout sessions and are an opportunity for you to ask questions live via chat. Questions will be answered real-time.
  • Knowledge Desk: Live during Day 1 and Day 2 in each region, the Knowledge Desk is staffed by SAP Concur experts from across the globe and supported in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French & German.
