Guidelines for the Creation of a Support Case for Managed Rate Administration Team (MRA)

The process is very simple. The Authorized Support Contact of the company should create a support case containing the following attributes. The case will bypass the client support system and go directly to a member of the integration team for resolution. 

 

  • Case Type: 
  1. Travel Allowance - Expense
  2. Tax Admin / FBT
  3. Car and Mileage
  • Subject:  Recommended Add the word “MRA”.
  • Description: Please provide a brief description of the desired changes or modifications. Example: Specify the country that the Statutory change should apply to and the effective date, if applicable.

Note: Languages we support: English, German, French, Spanish, Korean, Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional).
