withdrawn trip & cancelled trip

Hi all,

I am a bit confused. I have withdrawn my trip and I wanted to cancel it, but I can't. Does withdrawing cancel the trip automatically? How can I remove it from my trips? It is currently showing a conflict error with another trip that I am about to book. TIA

@JoannaJay Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. When you withdraw a trip, it is cancelled. I would recommend confirming with the Trave Agency that is used by your company that they show the trip cancelled.
