@tohm anyone user in SAP Concur that has been given the Approver permission can be included. However, it isn't as simple as just adding the person. There is the workflow configuration that would need to allow for it.
Now, having said that...anyone with the Approver permission can have a report sent to them by another approver as long as your company has turned on the Approve & Forward option.
I'm curious as to why the line manager isn't included. 🙂
