Wrong ticket price

I am trying to book flights and a hotel for someone at my company. I am picking the refundable ticket but when it takes me to the next page to confirm it shows the price for the nonrefundable ticket.

@WoodRose You may want to call your travel agency and have them double-check the price and make sure you get this booked correctly as a refundable. I'm not sure why it would pull up the non-refundable.
