@ShanaMcS could you send a screenshot of where you saw the option to upgrade to Comfort Plus, please? I didn't think SAP Concur Travel had an upgrade option. I know when searching for flights the preferred seating options would show in the results, but I don't ever remember seeing an option to upgrade in Concur Travel once I've selected my flight. That is why I don't think Concur Travel could match the price on Delta's website. I'm also confused as to why it wouldn't just be the same price since the upgrade is from the airline.
