Train ticket received by mail but not visible in Concur

Hi, I have booked a train for the 18/10 and received the ticket by mail from Deutsche Bahn but it is not visible in Concur.

Is this an issue? Could the ticket be not valid?

I booked another one for 20/10 which is in Concur.

@Andrea800 did you book the train tickets through Concur Travel? For this type of situation, I would do one of two things:

1. Contact your company's travel agency to see if they can see the train booking. They might be able to push it through to SAP Concur.

2. If need be, you can manually add the train into SAP Concur from the Travel home page.
