Supllier error



i am trying to book my first flight ticket and i received same error again and again. 


Sorry, we are unable to complete your booking

Supplier Error - Supplier parameter is missing: Open a customer case."


Could you please help me?

The first thing I would check is if you have your profile well informed.

That is, that all mandatory fields are informed.





If you have it correct, contact your company's Concur administrator

@jirihude In looking at your profile, it appears that all required fields are correctly updated with the correct formatting.  I would suggest reaching out to your Concur Admin or your Travel Management Company for help if this issue persists.
