Search Returns No Results

Hi,

I've been trying to book a hire car through Concur but search results return no findings for the required airport. I did try a secondary airport just to see if it was specific to the airport I'm travelling to but I found no results for the secondary airport. As a double check, I had a colleague also see if they could book anything with the same search as my original one but they also had no results returned. Checking with the supplier directly shows they have cars available at the airport and the dates required.

Thanks, Liam

@LBest Hello Liam!  I am sorry for the issues happening with your Rental Car search.  On your company's SAP Concur home page, there are the Company Notes.  It gives you contact info to reach out to for issues with travel bookings.  I would reach out to them directly.
