We have Event Managers who submit Event Requests which generate Requests for each Participant; however sometimes that event manager is also a participant and is unable to add him/herself. Also, sometimes the event manager pays for some of the travel expenses, but is not actually traveling, so there is no way to apply the expense to a travel request unless she creates a separate request. Are there any recommendations to how to resolve these issues?
