Question regarding refunds

Hi, I cancelled a flight booked through Concur which was fully refundable.

How can I know the refund status? Thank you.

When this happens, we contact our company's travel management company for confirmation.

@minseok0729 your travel agency is always a good option and also checking the statement of the card used to purchase the flight to see if the credit/refund shows there.

It's been five weeks since I canceled the flight. How long does it usually take to get refund? Is there a good way to track the refund status? I am not sure where I have to contact.
