@kevincanderson if the new hire hasn't started yet, you will not be able to use Concur Travel to book a trip for them. They need to have a profile created for you to Act as them. The other alternative is if your company has enabled the Guest booking option. If your company has enabled this feature, you would see it at the top of the Trip Search section on the SAP Concur home screen. If you do not see the guest booking option, then you will need to call your company's travel agency to get the travel booked.
