Invoice | Lowcost airline

Hello,

I have bought a flight with concur but with a lowcost airline (Vueling). 
Everything was smooth with the travel, but once I am back I have tried to get an invoice of this purchase and it is showing to be impossible. 

Both travel agency (BCD travel) and airline (Vueling) are refusing to provide me with a invoice. They are stating that the purchase was not made via them, so they don't have access to it.
Does anyone know in these cases, which party is reponsible to be able to provide an invoice of purchase? Or maybe there is a third party that makes the purchase in this cases?

@lauramartins9 your travel agency should be able to provide you this as they are the ones who ultimately fulfill the booking. I'm really surprised the travel agency said they couldn't provide it to you. I would ask them again. 

 

When you speak to them again, ask them if they are the ones who confirmed and ticketed the airfare. I don't think the fact that the airfare was with a low cost carrier should affect the travel agency's ability to provide you an invoice of the booking.

if it was booked through a GDS, it sits with the travel agency to provide the invoice. If it was Travelfusion reservation through concur, it could be also the carrier.
