Flight confirmed, but not with Airline


I booked a flight in the last week, with Ryanair, and have recieved the Concur Itinerary on 06/12/2022 and an email to say it has been confirmed.

However, I have not recieved the Ryanair Itinerary meaning I'm unable to Check In to my flight. I've also tried using the confirmation number (listed in the content below) and my registered email address on the Ryanair website only to be told it cannot find my booking.

There is also a return flight booked and that appears to be the same.

Can you advise what I should do next?

This has been resolved.

In case anyone has a similar issue, it turns out because I had a personal account with Ryanair, the process became "confused" and didn't associate the booking with my corporate email address. As soon as I logged in using the flight confirmation number and my personal email address the booking was listed.
