We use the Event Request feature if we have multiple participants attending the same conference. An administrative assistant will generate the event resulting in a request for each attendee (Participant). I actually have two issues.
1. We add an attachment to the event, but it goes nowhere. It would be helpful if it followed each request that is generated from the event.
2. The Administrative Assistant often pays for the initial charges such as hotel, registration, and air; however, this person does not typically attend. The only way we can get the expected expense approved for them is if they are added as a participant. How would it be best to add this person to the Event or a request so they can apply their charges without being added as a participant.
We are trying to track the overall authorization and associated expenses of a Travel "Event" as well as those who attend.
