Error booking all flights

Hi there - been trying to book a round-trip ticket from Singapore to Pontianak but I keep getting the following message:

I tried changing the dates to see if it was truly an issue of a fare 'not being available' - I changed all the dates, changed the flights I was booking, and I get this error message every time.

Help?

@cjsomms are you still having this issue? Did you try calling your company's travel agency? They should be able to help. At a minimum, they can get your flight booked.
