Error Message -unable to book car

Is there something I can do to complete this booking?

@LB35918 I recommend calling your company's travel agency to get the booking done, then call Hertz to see if they can see any issue on their end. Maybe something with your Hertz profile.

Hi @KevinD, I have this issue as well. I've had to call our travel agency in order to book since I started at this job, but they charge a $31 fee each time. @LB35918, did calling Hertz solve this issue for you?
