Concur Expense

Hi Team,


I have booked my Air tickets today using my personal card information. I have received the confirmation email from concur. 

After some time, I got an alert message from my Credit card company, saying that my transaction was declined. But when i checked the PNR status in the Airlines website, the ticket status is confirmed.


From the upcoming trips tab i can see the status of the flight booking has 'ticketed' and in the Expense tab its showing 'Pending card transaction'. I haven't received any confirmation email/invoice for flight booking. 


Could you please advise, how to check the tickets are confirmed.

@HBALAN I would call your company's travel agency and ask them to confirm.
