Can not verify email?

The option is just not there. Trying to sign in from the mobile and can not as I have no password. To get the password I need a verified email.

@AlexAfics can you provide a screenshot please of where you should see the verify email option? 


If you are referring to getting a password reset email, your email does not need to be verified. You should need to go to the SAP Concur Sign in screen, enter your username, click Next. Click Forgot Password? Make sure the email address shown is the correct email address associated to your SAP Concur profile. That should be able to get you the password reset email.

I tried password recovery unsuccessfully. It appears to go to another email. Possibly my admin?
