Can Not Book a Airline Reservation Because I Can Not Enter A 3 Code City

I have had this problem for over three months and no one from Concur has been able to help me.  I went back to my travel agency and they have indicated that several of our employees have had the same problem and are now calling in to book vs. booking on-line.

I try to enter the name of the city I want to travel to - I can see that it tries to begin to search and then just stops and says enter a city or city code.  I then enter a city code - and it says the same thing.  It does not recognize the city code.

It does not correct on it's own.  It has been broken for three months and.  

 

Somebody - PLEASE help me!  I want to be able to book my travel myself and with the convenience of being on-line! Someone out there has to know a "fix" for this!

I just did some reading in the community and tried a URL   https://www.concursolutions.com/nui/signin

and guess what - no more problems....HELLO Concur you might want to lead with this simple question - what URL are you currently using.
