@drgrenier first thing we need to know is if you have been set up with an SAP Concur profile. The SAP Concur profile is different from the profile you created here on the community. You should have received an email from concursolutions indicating that an SAP Concur profile was set up and it would have also contained your username/login ID.
Do you know if this has been done?
