Booking a flight

I am trying to book a flight from my nearest airport and it is giving me error messages : referencing travel policy, way I am configured in Concur, or no available options. I am trying to fly from Harrisburg PA to Mesa, AZ (Mesa Gateway) airport

I did a test to fly to Chicago, and came up with options, not understanding why I am getting the error message

@SLMiller have you checked on the airline's website to ensure they indeed do offer flights from the nearest airport to Mesa Gateway? I actually live about 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway and I know they have a very small amount of airlines who fly there. So, it is possible that the nearest airport to you doesn't have flights to Mesa Gateway.

Could you provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving, please?
