Solved: Book same flights for multiple people

We're sending 15 people on an out of state travel. What's the best process to ensure all are on the same flights to & from the destination?

@hinkled if they all have an SAP Concur profile, they can book the trip themselves. Have one person book the trip, then share their itinerary with the other 14. However, if the other 14 wait too long, the flight could fill up.

The other option is to call your travel management company and provide them all 15 names and have them book it. This might be more efficient and ensure they all get on the same flight.
