Authentication failed - incorrect email address

Hi, I've tried to book a train ticket today, but received the message saying my authentication failed. I was asked to correct my email address and/or password but these are both correct. Any ideas?

Hi Kevin, this issue is affecting me too, I've reviewed all details on my profile and everything seems to be correct but I'm still getting the issue.
