AMEX cannot see my Concur Profile

Hi, trying to book flights for travel via the phone for next week, but Amex cannot see my concur profile.

Need help thx.

@CDeo were you able to get your flight booked? If AMEX is your travel agency, they should have been able to see your profile. What was the issue?
