Comfort Plus Premium Economy seats wont book when making reservation

I have the Premium Economy selected for Delta flights with Comfort Plus seats available (I know this because Delta's website shows them available) and it reduces the reservation when booking to economy in Concur?  I can find no number to call anyone to help you with a reservation problem also.   Glad I got a survey!

Delta's Comfort Plus is not in the "Premium Economy" fare class, it's technically an Economy class of service
