Viewing a vendor image is unavailable.

As creating a new vendor, I want to upload and view vendor image. In vendor information, [actions] > [upload image] > choose and upload image > [view image] > "Concur Imaging Service Not Available",  which is always being said after uploading an image. However when a vendor manager upload a vendor image with using the same vendor that the user creats, it can view the image. So I tried to upload and view the vendor image several times, but it does't show up at all.  Anyone who knows how to solve this issue ?

@Miri I think having a Support case created is a great idea since it is still happening.

@Miri Hello!  I'm sorry for the issues surrounding adding the image.  Often times it means the image is corrupted.  Can you try creating a new image and uploading that?  Let us know if that works or not.

@MelanieT Thank you for your solution, but creating a new image and uploading that didn't work. I tried that many times,. It keeps saying  [Concur Imaging Service Not Available]. I have a test entity and succeeded at aploading a vendfor image from a vendor request user. I will ask support to concur global.
