I reported an issue with Concur 5 weeks ago, the audit trail on all our invoices is randomly disappearing, so we cannot see any audit trail on invoices at all. It appears to randomly come back for new invoices, then disappears again. Any invoices prior to mid March we cannot see the audit trail. R&D are "investigating" but as it's not production down and no other users are reporting it, it's not high priority apparently. Just wondered if anyone in the community is having anything similar? I've been told as the audit trail is a core component of the system and cannot be removed by anyone but they have no idea why ours is disappearing.
@theresareade could you please provide me an invoice number that I can take a look at where the audit trail is not showing? I'd like to see if I experience the same issue.
