synchronization problem between the web version and the mobile version of SAP concur expexpenses

synchronization problem between the web version and the mobile application version of SAP concur expenses following an update of the web version.

Any tip to keep all the expenses already dowloded in the mobile app?

@FredM the mobile app should reflect what you see in your Available Expenses section on the web version. 

 

Is your app up to date? 

 

Are you saying that you have a list of corporate card transactions that are visible when you are logged in on the web, but you do not see these expenses in the mobile app?

You are right the 2 versions are different how can I update the mobile app?
