airfare receipt

hello I uploaded Ryanair airfare invoice with my name, amount on it, but received a message that this receipt is not clear, missing info.

what do I need to provide to expense correctly this airfare?

@nadia without seeing the receipt that you did attach, it is difficult to say. Did you ask the person who returned your report what the missing information is?
