Window for expenses won't expand

When I open up the "create an expense report" and choose to create a new one, the window that appears is only 2 inches high. and has a vertical scroll bar on the side. I have rebooted, changed resolution on computer and in browser, and there is no way to see more than two inches.

The home page for expenses shows up fine

I have asked other users and it works fine on their computer also

I can log into a tablet and it appear correct

@cmillen that screen doesn't look familiar to me. What happens when you click Start?

Get the same small window with all the Contant in those 2 inches and have to scroll down.

@cmillen I have to say that the screenshot you provided looks like an old user interface. That definitely isn't our current Concur Expense UI.
