'Warning: IRS requires employees who drive to office.....'

to deduct their commute mileage when claiming mileage reimbursement.'


What do I need to do? Do I need to make this Warning go away?

@TellurideTom when using the mileage calculator, use the Deduct Commute option highlighted in my screenshot. 


Because your report is currently submitted, you cannot make changes. You would need to recall the report, open the mileage expense, click Mileage Calculator, then use the Deduct Commute to enter a commuting distance.  Keep in mind there are some times exceptions to the rule and also keep in mind these are warnings/reminders. It is something you should be doing, but your company isn't making it so your report cannot be submitted.
