Using Divvy credit card with Concur

I am looking for a solution either from Concur or from a 3rd party.  We are in the process of implementing Concur. During that process we switch from our prior credit card provider (PNC) to Divvy.  Our implementation specialist tells us that Concur and Divvy do not talk to each other so transactions can't be brought over from Divvy into Concur.  I am looking for alternatives which will allow me to download transactions from Divvy and then upload/import them in bulk to Concur so that the transactions are available for employees to do their expenses reports.

Does anyone have a similar situation?  If so how did you handle it?  Very frustrated at this point with Concur.

@MikeGodbout Hello!  First I want to say I am sorry for your frustration.  Did you you talk with your Implementation contact about Yodlee.  This is where the user uploads their personal transactions.  I'm not sure if Divvy is a participating bank, but you could definitely talk with your contact to see if this might be an option for those cards.

To understand Yodlee there are a few things to note:

  • Yodlee is a software company that offers an account aggregation service that allows users to see their credit card, bank, investment, email, travel reward accounts, etc., on one screen.
  • When Yodlee is connected with SAP Concur, users can link card providers’ online accounts and pull transactions into SAP Concur for expensing. The bank/vendor must be a participating member of Yodlee (most large banks/vendors are).
  • Yodlee can be used by individuals and smaller companies equally and is a permanent change. We are unable to disable it once it is enabled.
  • It can only be enabled at the group level, not the user level.
  • Users will be able to add/remove personal cards at will.
  • There is no extra cost.
  • The transactions look quite similar to transactions coming from a feed.
  • Personal card transaction data is very limited. There are no ticket numbers or other Level 3-type data received.
  • Only the user will be able to see transactions in Available Expenses. Delegates/Proxy can only view transactions once moved into a report.
  • A personal card can only be entered while on a computer/laptop. A card cannot be entered while using a mobile device.
  • It can be used for supported personal credit cards that the company authorized the employee to use, or company-issued cards that do not meet the requirements for a corporate credit card feed.
  • The system will import transactions for the past 30 days on the initial set-up.
  • The employee must log in to SAP Concur at least once a week to ensure that new transactions are imported.
  • Users can have multiple personal credit cards in their profile at one time.
  • Business Branded Card Accounts Only Some banks like Chase Bank and Bank of America's Business restrict Yodlee links to Master/Admin Accounts ONLY Please refer to KCS article  Can Business Credit Cards be linked via Yodlee? for more information on linking Business Branded Credit Cards via Yodlee

Thanks for replying.  I guess I'm not digesting everything you are saying about Yodlee. I'm not looking for data from a bunch of users.  I am looking to download activity from Divvy and upload it into Concur in such a way that it is like a data feed.  I can also guarantee you that users will not log in once a week.

@MikeGodbout currently does Divvy allow you to download transactions? If so, what file type is it being downloaded as?

I can download, but for some reason my password is not working at the moment.  I believe it will be either an excel or a csv.
