Update bank account not working

I get following message when getting ready to submit my expense report. I've updated and made sure its active. I haven't changed any info in 5 years. First time seeing this, I submit expense reports monthly.

"According to company requirements, valid bank details must be available in order to process this expense report. To be able to submit this report please update your bank details. Instructions can be found on the Concur home page after you login under Company Notes, or you can contact your local Concur Administrator."

@giantklr I wonder if something at your company changed recently that now warrants this message. Was there any contact information provided in the Company Notes section on someone you can contact at your company?
