Unpaid Approved Expense

I approved and submitted an expense report. My Director also approved it and it has been submitted. It has been sitting in the pending payment since March 10th, 2022. My employee has had his card turned off as a result and no matter where we turn for help, we hit a dead end. Need some help please..
