Unable to reconnect & add credit card to user profile

I am the accountant for a client and am trying to reconnect and add credit cards to the Concur user(s). The client prefers we do that for them. I understand we have to log into the user's Concur profile to do so. The issue in the process is when I am taken to the Yodlee portion and upon trying to log into the bank account I receive an error msg "We're sorry but only the Business Account Owner is eligible to consent to share account data with a Third Party Site." Note: I am trying to log in using our accountant login to the bank. We have been able to do so before until recently. Anyone else experiencing this same issue? Any workaround?

@Dotycpa you might get more traction if you post this in the User Admin Group. That group is only site administrators that may have come across this issue before.
