Unable to log in to mobile app

I cannot log into the mobile app despite being able to log in on my web browser just fine, please help.

@oopsburnttoast Hello, I'm sorry for the issues surrounding the Mobile App.  Do you get an error?  Can you provide a screenshot of what it's doing/saying?

Have you tried updating the mobile app or uninstalling and reinstalling?  I had to have some of my users do this after not using it for a while.

@oopsburnttoast were you ever able to get signed in on the mobile app? If not, can you provide some details on what you see when attempting to sign in, please?
