Unable to find project id 1F1MP in concur to book ...

Hello Team,

One of my team members uses account ID “1F1MP” to claim his time - he has some expenses to book to this project but when he tries to find this code in Concur, it is not found. He can all other codes available. End date for this id is in 2026.
