Unable to Save Expense

I have been trying to upload receipts, it indicates that saving expense failed, we could not save expense and to try again later. I have been trying of over a month.  I cannot continue to wait to submit these expenses as I am out a significant amount of money. Please advise next steps.

@meana Have you tried the following:

1. Switching to a different browser.

2. Clearing your browser cache

3. Seeing if the save issue occurs when saving on the mobile app.

 

Try those and let me know what happens.
