@mutti83 welcome to using SAP Concur. The built-in reporting option your company has is called Analytics. This will be at the top of the SAP Concur screen. You will need to have a permission assigned to you to have full access to Analytics. Maybe you have already done this.
To see transactional data, within Analytics there is an option you'll see that says Analytics Home. It is nine small squares making up a little bit larger square. If you click this, you will see some Standard content. Scroll down to the Expense Entry Analysis Details report. This will probably the closest report you will find based on what you are looking for. There will be a little filter option to change and/or select a certain date range.
Give that report a try. 🙂
